Wisconsin's yearly license expires on 31 March each year along with the stamps. Your 2011 license/stamp is good through 31 March 2012

If you didn't buy a year round license in 2011 then you must buy a daily or weekend license if you are a non-resident in 2012 until about a week before Wisconsin's licenses expire.
