About 35 years ago I had a salad in Greece. I raved about it for decades to my wife.
I finally made it tonight.
One head iceberg lettuce
4 small cucumbers diced
14 stemmed and seeded pepperoncini
half white onion finely diced
heaping tablespoon chopped garlic
4 ounces chopped marinated artichoke hearts
6 ounces corn
8 ounces diced ham
6 ounces feta cheese
4 ounces ranch dressing
4 ounces Cesar dressing
2 teaspoons dill
toss all together and put fresh grated black pepper to taste.
