Fired Up Crock Pot

2 yellow onions diced
Lots pepper
Celery and heart chopped
Two heaping tablespoons minced garlic
Can original rotel
50 ounces chicken broth
8 ounces canned chicken
4 ounces white crab meat

Base in pot for five hours on high.  Rest comes later

 Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage Added 10:30am

Clams/Squid/Scallops to be added at 2pm

Shrimp and mussels added at 4pm

Okra and half a cup of rice go in at 4pm too.
