Fish Tacos


One small can
Half a can verde sauce
seasoned well with Red Lobster Seafood Seasoning
A dash or two of this
Seven Tilapia fillets cubed.
about 3 cloves of minced garlic
Liberally spiced with onion flakes

Placed in a grill basket and basted with tomato juice and turned often on high heat for 15 minutes.

Served on a soft shell with sour cream and hot salsa.  Check back for finished product photo around 6pm.
